With a coach and an athlete in the family, fan gear, team shirts, hats, and stickers were always part of our lives. Supporting multiple teams meant constantly ordering apparel, keeping up with designs, managing orders, and trying to stay within budget. It quickly became overwhelming.

That is where the idea for KAOS THREADS was born.

We believe ordering custom apparel should be simple, clear, and stress free. Whether you're outfitting a business, a sports team, a school group, or a special event, our goal is to remove the confusion and make the process easy from start to finish.

  • What started as a simple hobby quickly grew into something much bigger. As a coach’s spouse and a sports mom, Shannon saw firsthand how often teams and families needed apparel. Between uniforms, fan gear, hats, and shirts for multiple teams, keeping up with the designs, orders, and rising costs became overwhelming.

    Frustrated with overpriced, low-quality options, Shannon set out to find better apparel at a reasonable price. What began as a search for the perfect tee turned into the creation of Kaos Threads.

    Today, Shannon leads design and creative direction, helping businesses, teams, and organizations bring their ideas to life through bold, high-quality apparel. Her goal is simple: provide great products, fair pricing, and make the ordering process easy so customers can spend less time worrying about apparel and more time focusing on what matters most.

    As a husband, father, teacher, and coach, Wes knows firsthand how busy and unpredictable life can be. Between school, sports, and family commitments, he saw how difficult it was to find a company that delivered reliable design services, quality apparel, and a smooth ordering process in a timely manner.

    After experiencing the frustration of overpriced gear and inconsistent quality, Wes and Shannon decided to create something better. Together, they launched Kaos Threads with a simple goal: provide high-quality custom apparel with dependable service and a process that makes ordering easy, and minimal, if any penalties, for a quick turn-around.

    With a background in education and coaching, Wes brings a strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail to every project. His focus is making sure every order reflects the quality and pride customers expect from their gear, and helping teams, businesses, and organizations look great while keeping life a little less Kaotic.
